participation in the program. I have read the above
information and understand the conditions and objectives of this trip. I waive all claims against the leaders, the troop or the
Boy Scouts of America. In case of emergency, I request
that measures be instituted without delay as judgment of the unit leader and/or
authorized medical personnel dictates for either my son or myself (if
attending). I have alerted the leaders of any special
dietary needs or medical requirements. I have made my
son(s) aware that attending any activity is a privilege. He
may attend this activity only if good scout spirit is shown (See Scout
Handbook). My son may not be able to attend an
activity if vehicle space is limited based upon 1) Recent Scout spirit, 2)
Rank, or 3) Level of parental involvement in Troop 114.
